BOSS sends tradesmen to remote tip of Norway because he added an "a" onto the town's name. The real destination was a 30-hour drive away.
The men discovered their mistake when they went to hire a car at the airport.
Keying the address into the car's navigation system, they discovered that they should actually have been in the town of Rolvsoy - no A at the end. That town is 30 minutes from from Oslo in Southern Norway - a 30-hour drive away.
Hertz car rental worker John Arne Nilsen told the Sun: "They blamed their boss as he had booked the flights, accommodation and car.
"But when they realised what had happened they just laughed, turned around and left. I have never seen anything like it."
