There's Norway this is the right place

BOSS sends tradesmen to remote tip of Norway because he added an "a" onto the town's name. The real destination was a 30-hour drive away.

According to the Scottish Sun, the pair of shopfitters flew into Lakselv Airport in the north of Norway expecting to fit an iPad display in the town of Rolvsoya.

The men discovered their mistake when they went to hire a car at the airport.

Keying the address into the car's navigation system, they discovered that they should actually have been in the town of Rolvsoy - no A at the end. That town is 30 minutes from from Oslo in Southern Norway - a 30-hour drive away.

Hertz car rental worker John Arne Nilsen told the Sun: "They blamed their boss as he had booked the flights, accommodation and car.

"But when they realised what had happened they just laughed, turned around and left. I have never seen anything like it."
