EXCLUSIVE: FEUDING outlaw motorcycle clubs, the Hells Angels and Bandidos, have held peace talks in Melbourne, raising hopes that a bikie war could be averted after the attempted murder of Bandidos sergeant-at-arms Toby Mitchell.
The Australian has learnt that Mr Mitchell, accompanied by a group of senior Bandidos, met their Hells Angels counterparts in West Melbourne in recent days.
The group initially met at a Victoria Street cafe then moved their meeting to a cafe across the road. Onlookers said the meeting was tense but ended without violence.
